Effective January 1, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any course or purchasing products from SolidNest Bread School.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, enrolling in classes, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Misuse of course materials or inappropriate conduct during workshops may result in termination of access.
3. Intellectual Property License
All course content, recipes, videos, and tutorials are the exclusive property of SolidNest Bread School. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
4. Payments and Billing
All prices are listed in USD and charged at the time of purchase or enrollment. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscriptions and additional purchases. Prices may change with notice.
5. Refund Policy
Digital course purchases are final. Live workshop tickets may be refunded up to 14 days before the scheduled date minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for missed classes or partial attendance. Contact us at [email protected] for exceptional circumstances.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our courses are for educational purposes only. SolidNest Bread School is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from practices learned in our programs. We provide no warranties beyond those expressly stated. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Francisco County. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
